In a older video from 2017, the person copied x64 into the mods folder. Is that not needed anymore?

whenever i open the file after i downloaded open iv it brings up the setup for language and then it automatically closes the setup

It won't open
i got a question i cant find anywhere else and i need ur help why does it always say when i press openiv then glick gtav windows it says gta5.exe not found then if i fix that it says another thing not found and it doesnt automatically open also it says i have to find the file manualy maybe we can get into a discord call to figure this out
